Mutant Me part one and two

The strain of mutation that has effected me is Acromegaly-Megamindiosis.
The entire upper half of my face has become extremely enlarged, my eyebrows have doubled their size, and I have a mouth and nose protruding from the left side of my forehead.
I have random facial features (mouths and noses especially), growing out of random parts of my body.
I have become extremely introverted, as my face tends to cause people to run and scream.
I have gained the ability to open and close the mouth on my forehead at will.  I also have a heightened sense of smell now because I have double the sniffing power.
I have become increasingly aggressive, and have started to become belligerent over small quarrels.
I now have double the appetite, I assume because my body is developing these extra appendages.
I have had a taste for red meat and pork for the past week.  And I have an insatiable hunger for Smoothie King.
My friends have almost all abandoned me.  To be fair though, I wouldn't want to walk around with me either.  My family is trying their hardest to make me feel like my old self, but I know how people view me.  I get disgusted looks from the people I used to consider my friends, and I have become socially extradited.
My desire to learn has stayed the same, although I would rather stay home.  I do not feel welcome at school anymore.
I planned to pursue engineering in the future, but now I might have a shot in Barnum and Bailey's.
